  • Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Include your order number, name, and return reason inside the package


Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send the item using a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, M&P, Leopard, etc.).

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or your original payment method

  • You will be notified once your refund is approved

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem. Let us know, and we’ll reserve your requested item until we receive your return.
